2-Night Stay Guest Experience Audit

We stay as an anonymous or known guest (your choice) for two nights, fully immersed in your service experience. This includes:

• Booking flow & check-in experience

• Breakfast, lunch, and dinner service (provided by the establishment)

• Staff interaction, timing, professionalism

• Atmosphere, ambiance, and consistency with your brand story

Detailed Service Audit Report

Post-stay, you’ll receive a custom report outlining:

• Guest experience highlights & gaps

• Service quality, cleanliness, flow, and touchpoints

• Opportunities for improvement (immediate & long-term)

• Brand storytelling & emotional guest engagement

• Anglo-integration (if applicable): aligning communication and service with English-speaking guest expectations

Travel Costs

All travel expenses, domestic or international, are covered by the establishment. Flights, ground transportation, and any required transfers must be arranged or reimbursed.
